Energy Performance Certificates

Following the Governments announcement we are pleased to say that from the 21st May there is no longer a need to have a Home Information Pack (HIP).

However properties must have a Energy Performance Certificate available within 28 days of marketing commencing.

In practise our recommended Energy Performance Inspectors, who are fully accredited with NHER, will normally have this available within 48 hours of visiting the property.

We have negotiated a special rate of £65.00 per certificate and as the seller pays the Inspector direct there is no VAT to pay.

We organise it on-line and the Inspector arranges an appointment to suit you and collects a cheque once they are finished, what could be simpler ?
